About Me

I’m a London-based filmmaker, currently editing at the BBC.

In January 2011 I went to Cairo to watch the “Arab Spring” unfold and write a gangster movie! I went on to make character-driven documentaries, and had them broadcast on the BBC and screened at international festivals. This led to my building a diverse client-base as a freelance videographer, bringing a keen sense for narrative, pace and drama to projects within digital and broadcast as well as corporates and non-profits. My work took me all over the Middle East and Asia, before I settled back in London in 2020 to do my graduate diploma in Directing Commercials at the National Film and Televisions School.

At NFTS I completed two commercials and am currently overseeing VFX on the other two. Following film school I began editing at the BBC where I’ve been for four years. I also directed the opening presentation for FIFA’s 73rd annual congress in Kigali, Rwanda, which was subsequently shared on all their social media platforms.
